Phase 1: Foundation & Digital Growth

(Digital Marketing Specialist, March 2018 – July 2020)

  • Organic Growth Success: Achieved a 23% growth in organic traffic for the chemdry.ca domain between 2019 and 2020 by focusing on strategic content and SEO.

  • Platform Transition: Played a key role in the successful implementation of a new Content Management System (CMS) for hundreds of franchise websites, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Established reliable, quantifiable marketing efforts by creating and standardizing analytic reports using Google Analytics and Raven SEO Tools.

Phase 2: Leadership & Operational Management

(Web Marketing Team Manager, July 2020 – Oct 2021)

  • Team Leadership: Managed a team of up to 9 digital marketers and took ownership of the P&L for the Web Marketing Services department.

  • Strategic Budget Management: Oversaw the strategic allocation and performance tracking of a $1MM national advertising budget for N-Hance, presenting performance metrics directly to the Brand Marketing Fund Committee.

  • Digital Transformation: Managed a complete redesign of the N-Hance national brand website and corresponding child local websites, updating the brand's digital presence.

  • Media Innovation: Brought Connected TV (CTV) media buying in-house (Hulu and YouTube advertising), optimizing media spend efficiency and expanding reach.

  • Franchisee Loyalty: Created and implemented a customer loyalty drip campaign using the ServiceMonster CRM for Chem-Dry franchisees, designed to improve repeat business and lifetime customer value.

  • Trade Show Management: Directed the creation of a professional exhibition booth for N-Hance at the prestigious Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS), handling all design and logistical elements.
