Crucially, I configured all local marketing tools (Google/Bing Business Profiles, Google Ads) and implemented advanced SEO techniques, including structured data markup. This comprehensive approach delivered immediate, measurable results, securing a First-Page Google Ranking for "blonde specialist charlotte nc," successfully driving initial booking traffic.

Website Redesign for pep + palm Interior Design

I was contracted to execute a complete WordPress website overhaul for pep + palm, focusing on transforming their digital presence into a high-impact, visual portfolio. The scope involved strategic UX improvements, implementing a portfolio-first design, and building a high-resolution, mobile-responsive site. The goal was to shift the site from a static brochure to a dynamic, lead-generating platform, complemented by the setup of foundational digital infrastructure like their Google Business Profile and professional email system.

I was contracted to build a brand new WordPress website for this Colorado River outfitter, focusing on clearly presenting their complex rental model which includes motor, row, and paddle boats, specialized outfitting/food packing, and shuttle services. The new site utilizes clear content architecture and high-quality visuals to streamline the booking process and encourage high-value service package sign-ups. Beyond the digital scope, the project also included setting up their Google Business Profile and designing unique, waterproof business cards, ensuring their brand is robust both online and on the water.

This is a case study of my progression from Digital Marketing Specialist to Brand Marketing Manager for the national Chem-Dry and N-Hance franchise systems.
